j8jl supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank. Payment methods available to any given account may vary based on your account verification status and applicable regulations.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are as published on the j8jl Platform and may change from time to time. Deposits that are processed are generally credited to your j8jl account balance within sixty (60) seconds, subject to payment provider processing times.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the j8jl Platform without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j8jl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the j8jl Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
j8jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in your j8jl account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
j8jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. j8jl will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee any specific level of uptime.
j8jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the j8jl Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
j8jl will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and PAGCOR as required by our regulatory obligations.

Upon termination for cause, j8jl may forfeit any balance in your account to the extent permitted by law and applicable PAGCOR regulations. Where termination is not for cause, j8jl will process a withdrawal of your remaining verified account balance to your registered payment method.
You may close your j8jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing an account does not affect any rights and obligations that have already accrued between you and j8jl prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and, where applicable, the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR.
j8jl operates under a PAGCOR license. In the event of a dispute between a player and j8jl that cannot be resolved through the j8jl complaints procedure, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority.
j8jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.
